Emerson Wells is a sophomore at Elon from West Jefferson, NC. She’s currently undeclared, but intends to pursue a double major in Journalism and Environmental & Ecological Science. She decided to become an Interfaith Intern after serving as a Spirit & Pride Intern this past school year. After having such positive learning experiences in this position and at this past year's Ripple Conference, she believes that being an Interfaith Intern will allow her to continue engaging in important dialogues with her peers and expand upon her knowledge of different faith traditions and spiritual practices. Although she is not sure what she wants to pursue on a professional level after college, Emerson feels that having a foundation in interfaith and interreligious work can be nothing but beneficial.
