For our Music this morning, Catherine Stallsmith '22 shares a few songs from her apartment!
Jack Taylor is a rising senior from Sterling, Virginia, and has spent his past three years at Elon exploring his various passions and interests. He's majoring in Strategic Communications, and has gotten involved with the Communications School through Live Oak, being one of their senators for SGA, and this past summer interning with them to form the Elon Comm Collective. When not in the Comm School, he enjoys furthering his own leadership development as a Leadership Fellow, SGA, and other leadership opportunities around campus. However, one of Jack's biggest passions is resiliency education, and acts on that as being part of the organization Phoenix Flops since his first year on campus. For his Numen Lumen talk, Jack is excited to tie the theme of resiliency in with the Numen Lumen theme "Bridging to Hope," leaving a message of inspiration to the Elon community of failing forward and being resilient this Fall.
Catherine Stallsmith is a junior studying Political Science and International & Global Studies. She is an office assistant at the Truitt Center and loves the Truitt Center family, as it is home to some of her favorite organizations (including LEAF, of which she is a student leader) and some of her favorite people on campus! In her free time you can catch her running, watching John Mulaney's comedy specials, or singing The Band Camino at the top of her lungs.
